It is always a delight to be in the presence of these energetic Salmon folks…Chuck and Mona Kempner! Abner & I are always happy to see these very special guests arrive at Wagonhammer Campground.

You just don’t know what their mode of transportation will be. The first time they visited Wagonhammer Campground, they arrived on a tandem bike and just last week they stayed over two nights in a camper trailer by the riverside.

Chuck is an avid photographer and captures the beauty in our awesome Salmon Valley in many unique ways. On his last visit he meandered through our park in his vehicle with a camera attached to the dash. We would love to share his journey with our many followers.

Mona and Chuck also love to join our Friday night “Happyappies” evening to meet our many oh so interesting guests from all over the world. Chuck and Mona participate in many community activities and definitely are an amazing asset to our community.
