Summer Days at Wagonhammer Campground

Summers Days peacefully float by at Wagonhammer RV Park.  We always encourage our guests to enjoy the history, fine dining and pristine nature in our surrounding valley. Yet, it is always wonderful when our folks just want to enjoy our RV park to revitalize the spirit, visit with friends and family, read a book or just listen to the orchestra of bird life in our natural surroundings.

Others just love to sit by the riverside with their glasses to observe the wildlife. Evenings bring friends together by their campfires to watch the spectacular sunsets and I must say lots of hilarious story telling is heard. Laughter is oh so good for the Soul!

Salmon River at Wagonhammer

Just the other day I was able to capture a group of Montana friends enjoying the river with their colorful umbrellas

Our dear friends Fred & Lynne recently visited for several weeks. They chose to park right by the riverside this year. They so enjoyed having morning coffee with the sound and sight of the river flowing by. According to Fred Wagonhammer is a quintessential experience!

In addition, Tom & Sue Wyatt our Be Backs and former camp hosts are enjoying their river site. They like floating the stream and just enjoying the warmer moments sitting in the water with beverage of choice. This is very often Bitter Root Nut Brown Ale or Kokanee right out of Wagonhammer’s cooler in our gift shop. My question to Tom “How’s your day going Tom?” His classic answer is “Great Marvelous and Wonderful!”
