CANCELLATION POLICY

If you qualify for a refund there will be a $20 cancellation fee.
We Do NOT offer refunds on Early DEPARTURES.
Groups of 5 or more rigs – 1 week cancellation notice or lose deposit. (If you qualify for a refund there will be a $20 cancellation fee.)
Must cancel minimum 72 hours before scheduled check-in. (There will be a $20 cancellation fee per rig) Failure to do so will forfeit deposit:
1 to 6 days = 1 night
1 to 3 weeks = 2 nights
1 month or more = 1 week
You must have confirmed email response from Wagonhammer for cancellation
